Application Scenarios
Blending
This function mainly blends and homogenizes the medium in the tank, widely used for efficient blending of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, lubricating oil, fuel oil and various chemical liquids. It is an upgraded replacement for traditional mixers, significantly improving mixing efficiency while greatly reducing cost.
Newly built tanks now adopt jet blending, which reduces circulation time, saves energy and lowers evaporation loss. It is especially suitable for large-capacity tanks: without changing the original piping process, the matched circulation pump circulates and jet-blends the oil, so every tank can serve as a blending tank, eliminating the need for transfer blending.
Anti-Sedimentation
This function mainly flushes bottom sediment in crude oil, oil sludge, chemical and grain & oil crude oil tanks, breaking up and recovering tank-bottom sediment for smooth discharge, reducing shutdown cleaning operations with convenient operation, safety and environmental friendliness.
As stored materials age and upper oil exerts gravity, heavy components gradually settle to the tank bottom; the longer the storage, the more sediment accumulates, and eventually the heavy components cannot be pumped out. Sediment accumulation causes material loss and reduced storage capacity. After a certain period, shutdown cleaning becomes necessary.
Shutdown cleaning not only costs money but also affects normal tank operation, wastes resources and pollutes the environment. To prevent sediment, jet anti-sedimentation flushing is now adopted: before discharging, simply start the tank-farm circulation pump to flush the bottom, breaking up sediment for smooth discharge.
Jet Cleaning
This function is mainly applied to the cleaning of settling tanks and digestion tanks in the alumina industry, as well as scaled tank walls and oil tanker holds. Jet cleaning can clean the entire interior of the tank, avoiding personnel entry. It relies on the chemical reaction of the heated medium and the jet force for cleaning in a fully enclosed process, requiring only control of temperature, jet time and medium concentration — safe and reliable. It replaces personnel entry for cleaning, eliminating safety hazards while improving cleaning efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
