According to Sina Finance, Shengli Oilfield's Linpan Oil Production Plant has developed 'sealed tank flushing and sludge discharge technology' and 'mobile sealed tank cleaning devices', reducing personnel, time and risk in high-risk tank cleaning.

Traditional manual cleaning faces complex environments, toxic gas accumulation and confined-space difficulties; a 1,000 m³ produced-water tank takes 5-7 days to clean manually. The new technology installs a special jet system through the reserved top opening, laying out a '米'-shaped (cross-shaped) liquid flushing flow without opening the tank, combined with a bottom suction pump to achieve 'flush-and-pump simultaneously, fully sealed', with the key breakthrough of 'no personnel entry'.

Currently, cleaning efficiency is over 40% higher than manual, saving about RMB 800,000 in cleaning costs annually. Insiders believe 'sealed, mechanized, unmanned' is an irreversible trend, creating greater market space for jet-type anti-sedimentation and no-cleaning equipment.
