Applicable media: gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil, asphalt and other chemicals
The rotary jet blender has no power or electric drive of its own; it is driven by the tank-farm circulation pump and installed at the tank center, connected to the external circulation pump. During operation, the circulation pump returns oil under pressure and the multi-dimensional rotary jet blender ejects it at high speed, converting pump pressure into jet velocity. The unit rotates 360° horizontally at the tank center, while precisely designed nozzle angle, jet velocity, vortex direction and laminar-flow height create a three-dimensional jet swirl, achieving efficient top-to-bottom blending.
