Applicable media: crude oil
The crude oil jet is a dedicated device for crude oil, generally installed inverted with a single nozzle at the tank bottom, powered by the tank-farm circulation pump to drive continuous nozzle rotation, forming a multi-dimensional, full-coverage high-pressure jet field at the bottom. The jets continuously flush the bottom sediment layer, breaking up and suspending settled heavy components to mix uniformly with the upper medium, restoring a pumpable state for 'stir-while-storing, no-residue discharge'.

During static storage, gravity stratification causes heavy components to migrate to the bottom. The longer the storage, the thicker and denser the sediment layer, eventually causing material loss, capacity decline, shutdown losses and environmental pressure.
