Designed for cleaning the inner walls of large sealed vessels, widely applicable to alumina settling tanks, digestion tanks, storage tank walls and oil tanker holds, efficiently removing wall scale, adhered sediment and residual media.
Technical principle
The device uses a multi-dimensional rotary jet structure, driven by high-pressure fluid to rotate the nozzles automatically, achieving 360° full-coverage cleaning without dead zones. It fully utilizes the chemical dissolution of the heated medium and the physical impact of high-pressure jets to continuously flush and strip scale layer by layer.
Process and safety
Cleaning is carried out fully sealed with no personnel entry. Only three parameters — medium temperature, jet time and medium concentration — need to be set, eliminating the poisoning, asphyxiation and fall risks of confined-space work.
